The Board continues to refine its proposed Civil Penalty Schedule and accompanying rubric. See below for the latest proposals in the Rule-making process. The public hearing will be held August 19, 2026 at the Board business meeting. Comments may be submitted to anolen@albop.com by EOB 8.14.26.
