Important Notice – June 2026 Update

The Board continues to refine its proposed Civil Penalty Schedule and accompanying rubric. In the interest of transparency, the latest draft versions are available below for public review. These materials remain drafts and have not been finalized or adopted by the Board. The current versions will be discussed and considered at the June 17th Board meeting, and additional revisions may be made at that time.
