Important Notice – March 18, 2026 Update
At the March 18, 2026 Board meeting, during the discussion of proposed Rule 680-X-2-.50, it was proposed that Board members prepare ideas, thoughts, and markups and share them via e-mail with the Executive Secretary, and to have the Executive Secretary post all of the Board members’ comments publicly on the Board web site. The objective of this proposal was to allow the Board as a body to make progress toward a consensus version of the rule, while also affording public transparency. After further legal review, however, it was determined that this procedure could technically conflict with the Open Meetings Act. Accordingly, the Board will again discuss proposed Rule 680-X-2-.50 at its upcoming meeting scheduled for April 15, 2026. The public is invited to share additional comment at that time.
